Jeongseong Katsu is a restaurant at a directly operated Busan City Hall branch, serving donkatsu and naengmomi. You can order hirekatsu with naengmomi or add cheese katsu. Triple Modeum Katsu combines three kinds of katsu in one serving and is relatively large. Kimchi Nabe Donkatsu comes with a spicy broth that cuts through the richness.
