Sima is a Japanese restaurant in Yeongdo, Busan, serving Japanese-style ramen and rice bowls. The menu includes shrimp noodle soup, salmon rice bowl, tonkotsu ramen, and steak rice bowl. The salmon rice bowl uses salmon marinated in soy sauce, with mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce layered between the rice and the salmon. Tonkotsu ramen comes with a separate spicy sauce so you can adjust the heat level.
