Hang-Geu

Hang is a bar in Busan that serves anju and drinks in an omakase style. Courses of several anju arrive in sequence, and there are also items to choose from. The male owner works the floor and seasons each dish differently, serving house-made kimchi and gat kimchi. The portions of anju are large enough that two people will find the amount heavy.
