Bubing

Bubing is a cafe in Yeonnam, Seoul, that serves hojicha bingsu and other desserts. Its ice is light and not sticky, closer to Korean bingsu than other styles. Each person must order one menu item, and the bingsu comes in a portion sized for one person. The portion is small for sharing among several people.
