Gestalt Coffee is a cafe on the second floor in Yeonnam, Seoul, selling coffee and desserts such as dacquoise. It serves a signature cream latte, green grape ade, and an butter dacquoise. Orders are placed by checking items on a paper menu at the table and handing it to the counter. The space is small with few seats, so there can be a wait.
