Gungtteul Memil

Gungtteul Memil in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul is a makguksu restaurant that makes its noodles by hand. Its main dishes are mul makguksu and gamjajeon, and the noodles contain a high proportion of buckwheat. The gamjajeon is made by grating potatoes and pan-frying them to order. The memil jeonbyeong can feel like a frozen product.
