Sonkeun Kalguksu

Sonkeun Kalguksu is a long-running noodle shop inside Busan Yeondong Market, serving handmade kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and deulkkae kalguksu (perilla-seed knife-cut noodles). Its hand-cut noodles are chewy, and the broth has a deep flavour without an anchovy smell. During weekday lunch, customers may have to wait, and food comes out slowly when the shop is crowded. The restaurant has only a few tables.
