Yeosuchan is a takeout hoe (raw fish) shop at Yi Sun-sin Plaza in Yeosu. It slices sea bream, starry flounder, rockfish (ureok), flounder, and yellowtail thick for its mak-hoe and assorted hoe (raw fish platter). Orders placed by phone or in person take about 20 minutes to prepare for takeout. The shop is clean and the takeout packaging is neat, and vegetables to serve with the takeout hoe must be prepared separately.
