Hans Croissant is a French bakery on a hill among apartment blocks in Noryangjin. It sells croissants, honey butter baguettes, and jambon beurre baguettes, and the Emmental baguette sandwich is made to order. The dough is cold-fermented for 16 hours without additives, and the bread is made and sold the same day, with croissants coming out around noon. The owner, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, uses French flour and ingredients and also serves coffee.
