Seorae Sushi

Seorae Sushi House serves sushi with large, thick cuts of fish near Yeouido and Saetgang in Seoul. White-fleshed fish sushi and egg sushi stand out, and each piece is pressed by hand one at a time. Udon comes with the sushi by default, and the broth carries a mushroom flavor. Rather than serving everything at once on a platter, the restaurant presses nigiri to order.
