Gobaksa Naengmyeonjip Yongin is a Pyongyang naengmyeon restaurant in Yangji-myeon, Cheoin-gu, Yongin. The broth is served so the base flavour comes through first, with vinegar and mustard added at the table. The menu also includes hwangtae hoe naengmyeon, mung bean bindaetteok, beef suyuk muchim, and handmade large dumplings. The naengmyeon broth is lightly seasoned, which is divisive.
