Quartz Coffee is a cafe in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, a three-minute walk from Sinyongsan Station, and it focuses on lattes. Its signature Quartz Latte is made with concentrated milk that has had its water removed at low temperature, giving it a salty, heavy character like cheese. The interior is modern, and the seating is not designed for staying long. The chairs are uncomfortable, so sitting for an extended time is difficult.
