Ginjaroko Sookdae is a tonkatsu restaurant in Cheongpa-dong, near Sookmyung Women's University in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. It serves demiglace tonkatsu, which comes with a thick sauce and a crisp fried cutlet, along with mentaiko cream udon. The tonkatsu portion is large enough for two people, so a rice size-up is unnecessary unless you are a big eater. All seats are high chairs at a bar facing the kitchen, which makes sitting for a long time uncomfortable.
