Hanseongok Haejangguk

Hansungok Haejangguk in Yongsan is an old no-frills restaurant that serves a single haejangguk. The dark broth is made by simmering bones and beef shank for a long time, then boiled down with cabbage. The only side dish is kkakdugi. The soup is on the heavy and oily side.
