Maradon Wang Jumeok Gogi is a pork restaurant near Yongsan Station in Seoul that serves jumeok gogi, samgyeopsal, and pork jowl. The thick cuts of wang jumeok gogi are dipped in meljeot with cheongyang chili and garlic, then eaten with pickled cabbage. On early Friday hours, seating is immediate, side dishes are refilled at a self-service station, and two or more bottles of soju come with a free bean sprout ramyeon. The space gets crowded and noisy, making conversation difficult.
