Bonrae Sundae Wonhyoro is a sundae-guk restaurant in Wonhyoro 2-ga, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Its sunsal-gukbap contains only head meat and sundae, and the milky broth carries a savory bone-stock flavor. The spicy daddagi is served separately so you add it to the broth yourself, and cheonggochu comes on the side. The broth is served unseasoned, so you adjust the salt yourself.
