Pho 36 Street Sookmyung Women's University

Po36geori Sookdaejeom is a Vietnamese restaurant in Seoul that serves pho and donkatsu. Its signature dish, the po don set, comes with pho and a soft, crisp hire katsu, and diners can add cilantro, bean sprouts, and chili. At lunch there is often a wait, so arriving before 11:30 means less waiting, and in the evening ingredients can run out as early as around 7. It is closed on Saturdays.
