Yongsan Gamjatang is a small old-style restaurant in Seoul that serves only gamjatang, a pork bone and potato stew. The broth is made with meat, perilla leaf, and mushrooms, and the kimchi and rice are made in-house. One grandmother runs the place, and the menu splits into gamjatang as a drinking snack and gamjatang as a meal, with a possible wait after ordering. The space is small with few seats, and there is no parking.
