My Quang Ba Mua

Ba Mua Quang Noodles is a local noodle shop in Da Nang that serves mi quang and beef, shrimp, and mixed pho. Bowls come with chicken, fish, shrimp, nuts, and boiled egg, along with a scorched-rice side and passion fruit or pineapple juice. The scorched-rice side arrives as if it is included but is not free, so you have to say you do not want it before ordering. The broth is sometimes warm and sometimes not, so food quality is not consistent.
