Buchaejip Yakitori Kitchen is a Korean-style Japanese izakaya in Thao Dien, Ho Chi Minh, serving yakitori and nabe. The menu includes tomato nabe, Nagasaki udon, chicken skin skewers, and draft beer, with potato salad, cucumber salad, and cabbage brought out as basic snacks. Staff refill the basic snacks right away, and clothes do not pick up smells even though it is a skewer restaurant. When customers talk loudly, the room gets loud enough to make conversation difficult.
