Higashiosaka City Hall 22nd Floor Observation Lobby

The observation lobby on the 22nd floor of Higashiosaka City Hall looks out from Higashiosaka toward central Osaka. Its 360-degree view takes in Abeno Harukas, Aramoto JCT, and planes descending toward Itami Airport. The lobby is open for viewing until 10 p.m., with night views from a height of 100 meters above ground. A guard is stationed there, and smartphone stands and a black panel to reduce reflections from night lights are set out. Photography is prohibited at some windows.
