Jamsukine Son Kalguksu

Jamsugi-ne Sonkalguksu in Busan serves kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and sujebi (hand-torn dough soup). The kalguksu comes with chewy noodles and a clean-tasting broth, while the sujebi has a savory flavor. A single serving is nearly the size of a large portion and is enough for an adult man. The kimchi is not to everyone’s taste.
