Yuan Bao

Yuanbao is a dumpling restaurant in Yaksamyeong-dong, Chuncheon. It serves xiaolongbao, beef noodles, tan tan men, and shrimp wonton, and the tan tan men gets its nutty flavor from peanut sauce. The xiaolongbao contain juice, so they are eaten after cooling a little, with zha cai on the side. The xiaolongbao carry a pork smell, and the shrimp shumai contain pork, so the shrimp does not come through in large pieces.
