Ten Percent Coffee Seolleungyeokjeom is a café two minutes from Exit 8 of Seolleung Station, in the roadside shops on the first floor of Maestro Apartment. It serves coffee and tea, including matcha café latte and Ten latte. Orders are placed at a kiosk, which calls a number when the drink is ready; customers then take it to the indoor seats or the outdoor seats beside the café. Only a few tables are available, so seating is limited.
