Academy House

Academy House is a bakery cafe on the slopes of Bukhansan toward the April 19th Cemetery in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, and it also serves brunch, pizza, and pasta. You order bread and food on the first floor and carry it to your seat yourself, and salt bread and French toast are on offer. The building is a renovated former hotel, with guest rooms on the third floor and a rooftop on the fifth floor, giving views of Bukhansan and the city together. The exposed concrete interior echoes conversation, making it hard to stay quietly.
