Cafe GRAY GRISTMILL is a coffee shop on Garosu-gil in Sinsa-dong, Seoul, where you pick one of dozens of beans and order it as a latte or americano. Before ordering, a welcome drink of plum juice or red plum water is served, and the bean bag is opened and ground right away for the cup. The roasting room is visible inside the shop, reusable cups are used, and the restroom is indoors. The seats are hard, which makes sitting for a long time uncomfortable.
