Doi no Shibazuke is a restaurant in Gionmachi Minamigawa, Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto, where the first floor sells pickles such as shibazuke and the second floor serves grilled fish and karaage set meals. Ordering a set meal lets you take as much as you want from a self-service pickle corner and get refills of rice and miso soup. The pickle corner's selection changes with the season and holds around seven to ten kinds. The set meals are short on the amount and composition of the main dish.
