Modos sells egg waffles in several flavors in Mong Kok Centre. The Taiwanese pineapple egg waffle has a piece of unsweetened pineapple jam in each segment, and the original can be topped with two scoops of vanilla and chocolate ice cream. Each order is baked on the spot and comes out hot after a wait of about 5 to 10 minutes, crisp outside and chewy like mochi inside. The pandan flavor is mild and the egg flavor of the waffle is barely noticeable.
