Sushi Masa x Taiko

Sushi Masa x Taiko is a Japanese restaurant serving chef's omakase in Fashion Walk in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Its signature dishes are tuna sushi topped with frozen foie gras shaved like snow, and a crisp cone-shaped hand roll filled with sea urchin and minced tuna. The lunch set runs through 16 to 18 courses, including chawanmushi, abalone with liver sauce, seasonal sashimi, and six to seven pieces of sushi, with the chef explaining each piece at the counter. The counter seats about ten people, so reservations are required.
