Sushi Takeshi 鮨たけし

Sushi Takeshi is a Japanese restaurant serving sushi and omakase inside the Mira Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. It prepares seafood such as Echizen crab shabu-shabu, shirako, house-made mullet roe, and sea urchin. The lunch omakase includes ten pieces of nigiri and two small dishes, with the seafood prepared in front of the diner. Seats must be reserved in advance, as even weekday lunches can be fully booked a month ahead.
