Minha Guksu

Minha Guksu is an old neighborhood restaurant on a main road in Jeju, serving mainly myeolchi-guksu and myeolchi-gukmul gogi-guksu. The gogi-guksu comes with myeolchi broth and plenty of tender dombe-gogi without any gamey smell. The kimchi has gat mixed in, giving it a refreshing taste, and the myeolchi flavor is strong. The owner's manner is on the blunt side.
