Collongju is a bakery in Tapdong, Jeju, selling French-style bread and desserts. The croissant is salty, the pain au chocolat is mild, and escargot and flan are also available. A Korean pastry chef who worked in France for ten years and her French husband run the bakery and use ingredients brought in from France. The cakes are on the expensive side.
