Teolbo Steak is an old restaurant in the Euljiro 3-ga and Chungmuro area of Seoul that serves budae jjigae and 1990s-style mixed grills. The budae jjigae includes bean sprouts, which keeps the broth less rich and clean, and the mixed grill is cooked with beef, sausage, bacon, and vegetables. The basic budae jjigae has no glass noodles, so ramyeon noodles must be added separately. The budae jjigae hot pot is on the spicy side, so it can be hard to handle for those sensitive to spice.
