Gamnamujip Yujeong Sundae

Gamnamujip Yujeong Sundae is an old sundae guk and vegetable sundae restaurant near Myeonmok Market in Seoul. The cloudy broth comes without seasoning, and diners adjust it with saeujeot and dadegi. The broth is boiled in a large cauldron, and three kinds of kimchi are served as side dishes. It is open only until 3 p.m., so evening visits are not possible.
