Yun Woo-jae Munhyeon Shabu Kalguksu

Yunwoojae Munhyeon Shabu Kalguksu is near Jigegol Station in Munhyeon-dong, Busan, and serves beef shabu-shabu followed by house-made kalguksu. Diners cook sirloin, minari and mushrooms in a red sagol broth, then finish with hand-pulled kalguksu and minari bokkeumbap. A table hourglass times the kalguksu at five minutes, and the building's underground parking is covered for two hours.
