Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu Myeongnyun-dong Branch

Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu Myeongnyun-dong is a shabu kalguksu restaurant in Myeongnyun-dong, Busan, where diners cook meat with minari, sukju, and oyster mushrooms in a spicy mushroom broth. After the shabu, kalguksu noodles are boiled in the same broth, and at the end some of the broth is ladled out to make bokkeumbap. Deulkkae kalguksu is cooked by diners at the table, and mul naengmyeon and gamjajeon are also on the menu. The meat portion is on the small side.
