Somunnan Dongnae Pajeon

Somunnan Dongrae Pajeon is a Korean restaurant near Heosimcheong in the Dongrae Oncheon area of Busan, serving Dongrae pajeon with makgeolli. The pajeon is cooked on a griddle with scallions, vegetables, and seafood, then finished with egg added on top so the inside stays soft. On weekdays just after 11 a.m. it is quiet, but it gets crowded around noon, and the pajeon is grilled to order. The pajeon is on the moist side in an old-fashioned style rather than crisp.
