L'Archeologia

L'Archeologia is a restaurant on Via Appia Antica outside central Rome that serves pasta, appetizers, and wine. It has a wine cellar in a space that was once an underground tomb, and guests can choose between the indoor hall and outdoor tables. Weekday reservations are used, and the plates and tableware are changed for each course. Service is slow when the restaurant is busy or in the back area.
