Deullak Son Kalguksu

Deullak Sonkalguksu is a noodle shop in Incheon that serves kalguksu and tonkatsu together. The sonkalguksu uses thick fresh noodles in an anchovy broth with small clam meat, and the kimchi-mari guksu has chewy noodles in a sweet-and-sour broth. On Sunday at 11:30 a.m. there were open tables, payment is upfront, and the basic side dishes are self-service. The tonkatsu comes out crispy and thick in the style of a drivers' restaurant.
