Wonjo Son Kalguksu

Wonjo Son Kalguksu is an old restaurant in Seoul serving kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), kongguksu, and dakttongjip. The kalguksu has moderately seasoned noodles and a clear broth, and is served with kimchi and geotjeori. The restaurant has regulars who have been coming for years, and its flavour is mild and plain, closer to food cooked at home than to something strongly seasoned.
