Dongchimi

Dongchimi is a restaurant near Ttukseom Station in Seongsu, Seoul, serving pollack stew and kimchi stew. Its main dish, seokeo jjigae, is a mixed stew with a broth that carries the flavor of pollack, and the side dishes are simple. The name combines the dong of pollack stew, the chi of kimchi stew, and the mi of jjukkumi. It opens at 11:15 a.m. on weekdays, and during lunch hours a wait of 5 to 10 minutes begins after 11:30.
