Mimi Siraegi

Mimi Siraegi is a restaurant in Seoul that serves siraegi haejang-guk, bone haejang-guk, and duck and pork backbone dishes. The siraegi bone haejang-guk comes with three large bones, and the bulgogi siraegi, duck siraegi, and jeyuk siraegi are served savory. Side dishes can be refilled at a self-service bar, and there can be a wait at lunchtime. The bones in the bone haejang-guk are difficult to remove from the meat.
