Namcheon Halmmae Jip

Namcheon Halmajip is a Busan-style snack shop in an alley across from Namcheon Beach Market, selling garaetteok tteokbokki, sundae, twigim and eomuk. The thick rice cakes are chewy, and orders often come with eomuk broth, sundae and large ojingeo twigim. It is open 24 hours, with indoor seating for several people in the back and outdoor tables, which suits late-night meals. The twigim is often fried in large batches in advance or reheated in a microwave, so it can be cold and greasy.
