Babcho

Bapcho serves sushi near Mokdong Station in Seoul. The hoe is cut large, the rice is kept small and pressed thick, and the sushi selection includes salmon belly, flounder fin, and wagyu. The owner presses each piece to order, and soba or cold noodles sometimes come as a service. The shop sits inside an alley, so parking space is tight.
