Chuncheon Myeonok

Chuncheon Myeonok is a buckwheat noodle restaurant in downtown Yangyang. It grinds buckwheat in-house to make makguksu with a coarse texture, and also serves gajami sikhye and suyuk boiled to order. The broth is poured over naengmyeon, while the makguksu is topped with stir-fried kimchi. The suyuk comes with gajami sikhye.
