Hongseol is a cafe in Yeouido, Seoul, that serves patbingsu, danpatppang, and chapsaltteok made with domestic red beans and organic wheat. The red beans are prepared in-house without much sugar and are placed without condensed milk on milk-based snowflake bingsu, and the cafe also offers cream cheese bread and danpatjuk. At weekday lunchtime, nearby office workers fill the seats, and a cup bingsu suitable for eating alone can be ordered. Parking is inconvenient because the lot is often congested or nearby parking spaces are hard to find.
