Soya Japanese Restaurant

Soya Ilsik is a neighborhood sushi restaurant in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, serving lunch and dinner omakase. The courses come out in order, from sushi that highlights the shari to uni sushi, futomaki, and green tea ice cream. The omakase runs for an hour and a half, and you can watch the futomaki being rolled in front of you. The restaurant is run by one person with very few tables, so you must reserve in advance, and the restroom is outside.
